Terms and conditions for orders via the webpage www.khe.gr

1 All the products that are sold via the website www.khe.gr are covered by the warranty given by the manufacturer.

2 You can cancel your order before it is sent by calling 0030 2310 444455 or by sending an email to info@khe.gr. You have to mention your order and your cancellation number. If your order has already been sent and you want to cancel it, you will have to pay the shipping costs. You have to return the ordered products to our company, S. Kostas – E. Iosifidis O.E. The returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, as they were sent. You can not return products that are customized for you, and they do not belong to the ordinary stock of our company.

3 The buyer has the right to submit a withdrawal request and return the product he purchased via our e-shop within fourteen (14) days from the date he received them. The products must be returned to our company S. Kostas – E. iosifidis O.E. within fourteen (14) from the date you submit your withdrawal request. The return cost is up to the customer. The products must be in perfect condition into their original packaging (boxes, protective materials and film) without any scratches or other damages, including all their accessories (user guides, cables, adapters, remote controls e.c.t.).

The right of withdrawal is excluded:

1) When the products are ordered and manufactured according to consumer specifications or are clearly customized.

2) When the customer has paid part of or totally for products are not included in the ordinary range of products of our company,

4 According to the sales from a distance’s law 2251/1994 article 3 par. 4, for the on-line sales, the money refunds are being within fourteen (14) days from the date of the withdrawal request receipt and under the condition that the products are returned with no damage. S. Kostas – E. Iosifidis OE company, will refund the invoiced amount after receiving and checking the returned product.

    • For refunding are the following terms and conditions: If the payment was made by credit/debit card then the refund order is given immediately by our company and the money is credited to your card in 3-5 business days depending on the bank that issued your card.
    • If the payment was made in cash at our Company’s store, then the money is refunded upon return of the products to the store.
    • If the payment was made by cash on delivery, the money will be returned within 14 working days to the provided customer’s bank account.

5 If the ordered product is in stock, the order is executed within two (2) days. The delivery time of an order varies depending on the shipping/receiving method you have chosen, as well as the destination. If according to the lists of the courier or the transport company, the declared destination is considered inaccessible, then the customer will have to pick up the product from the nearest branch of the courier or the transport company and the delivery will NOT be made at the place of delivery.

6 S. Kostas – E. Iosifidis O.E. company has no responsibility for errors at the prices, photos or technical characteristics of the products and keeps the right to modify the prices without any previous warning.

The transport of the goods is at the responsibility of the customer.

7 According to the Condition 524/2013 (ΕΕ) and the Directive 2013/11/ΕΕ, which is valid in Greece ΚΥΑ 70330/2015, it is possible to resolve electronically a dispute between the buyer and the seller. (ΕΕΔ – Alternative Dispute Resolution) at the European Union territory. If a customer as an end-user acting as individual and not as a company, faces any issues while buying a product via the webpage of our company has the right to start the resolution procedure at the following link:

Right of withdrawal

According to the law Ν. 2251/1994 for the consumers protection, consumer has the right to withdrawal for a purchase being electronically from a distance within fourteen (14) days from the date he received the product. with no extra excuse.

To activate your withdrawal right please fill the relevant form below. You will receive a proof of your claim and then you will be informed for the status of our application and on how to return the product.

Th withdrawal right is valid only for the cases that the law specifies. It is not valid for the cases of:

    • for the customizable products or products made according to the customers instructions
    • All the other cases excluded to the withdrawal right according to the law Ν. 2251/1994 2251/1994.
